Can I choose my domain name?
YES you can use our search facility on the Home Page or visit our Domain Name Website at www.mediadomain.com.au.
I know some companies are charging up to $170 for .AU domains. Do you include .AU domain names in your IWS package?
YES we do. We don't build large margins between the wholesale and retail price.
Do I have to pay renewal of my domain name every two years?
No. We have included the domain name renewal fee in your annual web hosting cost.
EMAIL FAQ
Can I create edit and delete email addresses when I change staff?
YES we provide you with secure access to the Control Panel where you can access the administration panel for all of your email accounts.
I receive a lot of spam?
You will be able to activate and customize spam filters on your account free of charge.
Can I configure my external email application to receive emails (eg.
Outlook, Outlook Express)?
Yes our mail server is supported by POP3 mail protocol. Please refer to IWS Quick Start Documentation located at your secure Control Panel.
IWS SITEBUILDER FAQ
Can I make changes on my website?
Yes you can make any design, structural, content or module use change at any time, or as often as you wish, completely free of charge.
I'm not a website guru?
IWS Sitebuilder is developed with you in mind. The fully automated wizard process will guide you through from design to uploading the finished product. If you can use MS Word, than you can use Media Novas IWS Sitebuilder, just as easily.
Can I redesign a new website?
Yes you can.
What pages will be developed by Media Nova?
We will design your Home Page, a Service or Product Page and a Contact Page with a contact capture form.
What modules are Included with IWS Sitebuilder and can be used by me?
Flash Intro Wizard Module, Forums Wizard Module, Blog Wizard Module, eShop Wizard module with Shopping Cart and Pay Pal integration, Image Gallery Wizard Module, Registrations Wizard Module, Guest Book Wizard Module.
Can I enter my own code to my pages?
Yes you can.
Do you have design templates with IWS Sitebuilder?
Yes there are over 400 templates available for use.
How many pages can I create with IWS Sitebuilder?

Why do I need hosting?
A Hosting server is professional hardware with hosting technology and applications that make your website and emails accessible to web users. Hosting servers are managed and accessible any time, day or night, all year round.
Is my website and email hosted in Australia or overseas?
All our services and hardware are 100% Australian based.
BUSINESS CARDS FAQ
Does Media Nova design the business cards to my liking?
We provide FREE business cards to complete your new marketing and branding style. We will use primary colors from your logo and matching fonts to incorporate your new look. These business cards are added on and totally free, with delivery included.
Can Media Nova design my cards for an extra charge?
Yes we can. Please contact your Media Nova Consultant
Can I design my own card and submit to Media Nova for free printing with my IWS package?
Yes you can as long as the artwork is designed to our printing specifications.
PRICE FAQ
Can I pay monthly for my IWS package?
No. By reducing profit margins to a minimum, this leaves no space for any monthly installments or payments.
Is there any contract, minimum terms or exit fees?
No. You can cancel your IWS package at any time.
How come IWS is so affordable? Where is the catch?
There is no catch. We are a small home based business; our secret is that we avoid high overheads that force other web development businesses to establish high profit margins. Our years of experience in the IT industry provide us with the ability to establish IWS sites as a rapid development tool. This is how we avoid expensive programming charges and provide you with an incredible solution for your investment dollar.

Are there any additional costs?
The complete IWS package is included with 12 months hosting for the price of $550 including GST. The only additional cost you will have is if you exceed our hosting allowances of 100MB storage space and 1000MB of data traffic. (If you are only just over, we may void additional
charges.)
How much are additional charges?
10MB Storage = $10 per month, 1GB Traffic = $20 per month
Why do I have to pay $220 IWS hosting fee every year?
Hosting is actually the hiring of physical hardware and applications that host your website files, email boxes and provide secure access to the internet. Like any hardware, hosting equipment requires 24/7/365 monitoring, power supply, security and up to date applications. Your fee is covering all the above.
Is there any cooling off policy?
Yes. You can cancel your IWS package within 10 days from your payment date. $100 cancellation fee will apply to cover our expenses in establishing your domain name and hosting services as well as admin costs. We will design and send your artwork to print after the 10 days cooling off period has expired.
